Sokuja (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Sokuja mobile application (the “App”) and the website sokuja.id/blog/ (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive:

• Your name and email address
• Profile picture URL
• A unique account identifier provided by Google or Apple

We do not receive or store your Google/Apple password.

1.2 Device Information

When you use the App, we automatically collect:

• A unique device identifier (generated by the App, not your hardware ID)
• Device model and operating system version
• App version

1.3 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App:

• Pages and content you view
• Search queries within the App
• Bookmarks and watch history
• Interaction with features (e.g., comments, episode navigation)

1.4 IP Address

Your IP address is processed by our infrastructure (Cloudflare) to:

• Protect against abuse and denial-of-service attacks
• Enforce rate limiting

We do not use GPS, precise location, or any location permissions.

1.5 Comments

If you post comments, we store your display name, comment content, and timestamp.

• Provide and maintain the App and its features
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Protect the security and integrity of our services

• Your account data is stored on our servers located in Europe.
• We use encryption in transit (TLS) for all communications.
• Sensitive credentials are stored in platform-secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) on your device.
• We implement rate limiting, integrity checks, and abuse detection.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained as long as your account is active.
• Usage data: Retained in anonymized/aggregated form.
• Comments: Retained as long as the associated content exists.
• Device records: Inactive device records may be removed after 90 days.

You can request deletion of your account at any time through:

• In-App: Settings > Account > Delete Account

When you request deletion:

1. Your account is immediately deactivated (soft delete).
2. You have a 30-day grace period to reactivate by signing in again.
3. After 30 days, your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Saat masuk melalui Google atau Apple: nama, email, URL foto profil, ID akun unik. Kami tidak menyimpan kata sandi Anda.

ID perangkat unik (dibuat Aplikasi), model perangkat, versi OS, versi Aplikasi.

1.3 Data Penggunaan

Halaman yang dilihat, pencarian, bookmark, riwayat tontonan, interaksi fitur.

1.4 Alamat IP

Diproses untuk perlindungan penyalahgunaan, dan rate limiting. Kami tidak menggunakan GPS.

1.5 Komentar

Nama tampilan, isi komentar, waktu pengiriman.

• Menyediakan dan memelihara Aplikasi
• Autentikasi dan pengelolaan akun
• Keamanan layanan
• Notifikasi episode baru

Kami tidak menjual informasi pribadi Anda.

3. Layanan Pihak Ketiga

Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Cloudflare, Google AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Expo. Detail di tabel versi English di atas.

4. Iklan

• Banner dan interstitial melalui Google AdMob.
• Personalisasi iklan dapat dinonaktifkan via pengaturan perangkat.

5. Penyimpanan dan Keamanan

Server di Eropa, enkripsi TLS, penyimpanan aman platform (Keystore/Keychain).

6. Retensi Data

• Akun: Selama aktif.
• Komentar: Selama konten ada.
• Perangkat: Tidak aktif 90 hari dapat dihapus.

7. Penghapusan Akun

Melalui Pengaturan > Akun > Hapus Akun atau email. Masa tenggang 30 hari. Setelahnya, data dihapus permanen.

8. Privasi Anak

Tidak ditujukan untuk anak di bawah 13 tahun.

9. Hak Anda

Akses, koreksi, hapus, tolak pemrosesan, portabilitas data. Hubungi kami untuk menggunakan hak ini.

10. Notifikasi Push

Dapat diatur dalam Aplikasi atau pengaturan perangkat.

11. Perubahan Kebijakan

Perubahan diposting di halaman ini dengan tanggal terbaru.
